Halloween is right around the corner and that means the entire city of West Chester will come alive with some spooky festivities. The annual West Chester Halloween Parade is one of the biggest events of the year, and you can experience it all from the lobby of 124 Marketplace!
Halloween Parade Open House at 124 Marketplace
Every year, we transform the lobby of our building to turn it into a fun-filled Halloween house. You’ll see the walls and desks covered in spooky decorations to create the perfect social get-together. The event starts at 6 pm as we welcome our friends and neighbors from the community.
Things heat up at 7 pm as we all watch the parade together, celebrating this exciting holiday as a community. This is a great opportunity to get to know your friends and neighbors, meet new people and enjoy the sights and sounds of a classic West Chester Halloween.
We Provide the Food and Refreshments
There’s plenty of reasons to stop by our Halloween open house on Wednesday, October 24th. We’ll be serving all kinds of delicious food and drinks, including some delicious pizza from Food-Rize, apple cider donuts, candy and so much more!
You also don’t have to worry about hitting the bars on this special night. Every year we make a special Halloween-themed cocktail for our guests. It’s always a big hit! We’ll also have plenty of beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages. You can enjoy a refreshing beverage and some seasonal treats as you get to know the other members of the community.
Everything You Need to Know About the Parade
The West Chester Halloween Parade takes place on Wednesday, October 24th, starting on Market Street between Church and Darlington Streets. The parade weaves its way through the downtown area, giving everyone a chance to get a peek at the festivities.
There will be lots of local groups, community floats, and performances by some notable marching bands, including West Chester East, Rustic High Schools, and West Chester University. You’ll also see a number of cheerleading performances and dance teams hitting the streets to show off their seasonal flair. If one of your guests needs to park in the area, it’s just $5 for all borough garages from 6 to 9 pm.
This is a special event that’s not to be missed. But instead of trying to squeeze your way through the crowd to catch a glimpse at the parade, come to 124 Marketplace to experience all the excitement with your neighbors and friends. You’ll have a great view of all the festivities.
