McCool Properties LLC is proud to announce our latest acquisition and development. We have an agreement to buy the former Bishop Shanahan High School at 105 North Everhart Street in West Chester Pa. The site has an existing 60,000 Sf building along with 37 parking spaces. The 3.4 acre site is currently vacant and we have a plan to redevelop the site into residential town homes. We have applied for a slight zoning change with the Borough of West Chester and will be presenting our plans to Borough Council. We hope to begin building around 60 units in mid to late 2009.
