McCool Properties, LLC is a diversified, private regional real estate investment, acquisition, development, construction and property management firm headquarted in West Chester, Pa. MAC Real Estate Services, LLC and Mid Atlantic Commercial, subsidiaries of McCool Properties, LLC are full service residential, investment, commercial and industrial brokerage firms. McCool Properties, LLC owns and manages numerous residential, commercial and industrial real estate assets and is also actively engaged in several exciting and progressive development projects.
The principals of McCool Properties, LLC, Raymond R. McCool, R. Christian McCool, Andrew McCool and Ryan A. McCool together have over seventy years of combined full time real estate experience in various capacities as follows;

Raymond R. McCool

Was a West Chester, Pa native and has been a PA and NJ licensed Real Estate Broker, investor, property manager and developer since 1987. He had over 50 years of general construction experience in supervisory and ownership capacities before he passed away in October of 2009.  He has also represented numerous real estate clients as a partner of MAC Real Estate Services, LLC, and Mid-Atlantic Commercial, Inc. Ray was a proud husband, father and grandfather who loved working with his sons and wife in the family business. Ray is surrounded by his eight grandchildren who he loved dearly. He is sorely missed but his presence will always be felt by his family and friends. RIP.

R. Christian McCool

Is a West Chester, Pa native and a PA licensed Real Estate Broker and has been an investor, property manager and developer since 1998. Prior to 1998 he had over 14 years of real estate and commercial banking lending experience with various Philadelphia area banking institutions and is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Economics. He has also represented numerous real estate clients as a partner of MAC Real Estate Services, LLC and Mid Atlantic Commercial. Chris works closely with all financial, development and marketing aspects of the business.

M. Andrew McCool

Is a West Chester, Pa native and has been an active real estate investor, property manager and developer since 1996. He has over 11 years of sales, financial and management experience in the commercial building products and salon industry. He is a graduate of Kutztown University with a B.A. majoring in Business Administration and a minor in Phsychology. Andrew works closely with all construction, property management and marketing aspects of the business.

Ryan A. McCool

Is a West Chester native. He is in the process of acquiring his B. A. In Business Management from St. Joseph's University of Pennsylvania. He has been managing real estate for McCool Properties, LLC and Cathedral Investments, LLC for over a decade. He is continuing his education and hopes to aquire his masters degree some day. Ryan also continues to aquire and manage real estate for McCool Properties, LLC.

Kevin M. Lukens

Is a West Chester native and a graduate of Kutztown University with a B.A. in Communications. He is a licensed Realtor with MAC Real Estate Services, LLC and Co-Owner of Cathedral Investments, LLC.  He has represented multiple residential and commercial clients, and mainly deals with the Management of Off Campus Housing for West Chester University. Kevin has been working with McCool Properties since 2001 as a property manager and continues to manage and acquire real estate for McCool Properties, LLC and Cathedral Investments, LLC.
