The principals of McCool Properties, LLC, Raymond R. McCool, R. Christian McCool and Andrew McCool together have over sixty eight years of combined full time real estate experience in various capacities as follows:

Raymond R. McCool is a West Chester, PA native and has been a PA and NJ licensed Real Estate Broker, investor, property manager and developer since 1987. He has over 50 years of general construction experience in supervisory and ownership capacities.  He has also represented numerous real estate clients as a partner of MAC Real Estate Services, LLC, and Mid-Atlantic Commercial, Inc

R. Christian McCool is a West Chester, PA native and is a PA licensed Real Estate Broker and has been an investor, property manager and developer since 1998. Prior to 1998 he had over 14 years of real estate and commercial banking lending experience with various Philadelphia area banking institutions and is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Economics. He has also represented numerous real estate clients as a partner of MAC Real Estate Services, LLC and Mid Atlantic Commercial.

M. Andrew McCool is a West Chester native and has been an active real estate investor, property manager and developer since 1996. He has over 11 years of sales, financial and management experience in the commercial building products and salon industry. He is a graduate of Kutztown University with a B.A. in Business Administration.
